ALF 180 HD, ALF 220 HD, ALF 260 HD
MIG/MAG welding machines that are designed for welding of simple and alloyed materials and aluminium alloys.
They are designed for industrial environments which have high requirements with regard to reliability, productivity, and ease of operation during permanent use. That is the reason for the heavy-duty assembled casing and the prominent handles which protect the control panel and highlight the ROBUST NATURE of this product.
ALF 180 HD and ALF 220 HD are designed for welding of small to medium thicknesses. They are suitable especially for body repair shops and locksmith shops.
ALF 260 HD - thanks to its maximum current output - can be used for a wide range of welding activities.
It is designed for a long-term operation in body repair shops and fitting shops.
DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS
The ALF HD are three-phase step MIG/MAG welding machines.
ALF 180 HD weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 0,8 or flux cored wire up to 1,2 mm. There are 7 voltage steps.
ALF 200 HD weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 1,0 or flux cored wire up to 1,2 mm. There are 7 voltage steps
EKONOM 260 HD weld wire of diameter 0,6 - 1,2 or flux cored wire up to 1,4 mm. There are 10 voltage steps.
The SYNERGY control panel is simple in its appearance but it manages more functions than is usual for step machines of this type:
It measures voltage and current,
It suggests the the optimal settings (positions of switches and choke terminals)
(MINOR or BASIC control on request)
ACCESSORIES
The machines are manufactured as compact welding units.
All machines are equipped with EURO torch connector, torches 3 – 5 m can be connected. The SYNERGY and MINOR control panels enable using ALFA IN torches with Up-Down correction of the wire speed.
The transformers use copper winding.
Machines are equipped with solid all-metallic two-rolls wire feeding units.
