ALFIN 150, 160, 200, 250 are inverter welding current generators designed for welding using coated electrode (MMA) and TIG method with contact start.

Machines are in all respects designed in compliance with modern trends in given category. Maximum emphasis was laid on excellent utility properties while keeping the purchase price on the very favourable level. Easy operation, low weight and distinct mobility, high output, which was, however, by no means achieved to the detriment of reliability – these are properties, which are absolutely common for ALFIN machines.
FUNCTION
For MMA method all machines are equipped with ANTISTICK, HOT-START and ARCFORCE functions (for machines 160 and 200 these functions are adjustable along 0 - 100% of welding current; HOT-START allows easy ignition of the arc by a short-term current increase compared with the preset welding current value Iw; ARC-FORCE compensates possible differences between the actual welding current and set current and ANTI-STICK reduces the risk of sticking the electrode to the weldment.
TIG
When using the TIG method the machines operate in the “normal current” mode or pulse current (in case of machines 160 and 200 the pulse is adjustable between 0.5 and 250 Hz and adjustable “lower” pulse current is 10-90% of the “upper current”).
PROTECTION
ALFIN line machines are equipped with modern integrated over voltage protection. An indispensable part of the protective equipment is a thermal sensor, which protects the power section of the machine against overheating.
ACCESSORIES
A number of accessories are available for ALFIN machines, such as welding cables, remote controllers and of course welding torches of renowned European brands.
